Known for their strikingly beautiful yet toxic flowers, Aconitum species are often found in mountainous regions across the Northern Hemisphere. The flowers, usually blue, purple, or white, have a distinctive hood-like shape that gives them their common name, monkshood. Historically, extracts of Aconitum have been used in traditional medicine

Our Passive Income Project Investment Plan for 2027 involves constructing 40 units of affordable housing in Hope, BC, followed by the development of an additional 40 units in select rural Alberta communities where demand for such housing exists. We aim to collaborate with local non-profit organizations to manage these assets, ensuring long-term sustainability and alignment with community needs. The project will focus on providing quality, affordable housing while generating passive income for investors. By working with non-profits, we also ensure that the properties are well-maintained and that tenants receive support. This strategic approach will contribute to local economic growth and meet critical housing shortages in underserved areas.
